3.4 Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful course completion. Certificates represent that you have completed the course requirements. StreamOniq makes no guarantee regarding employment or career advancement from certificate completion.

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit any comments, questions, or content ("User Content") on our platform, you grant StreamOniq a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you submit.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including:

6. Payment Terms and Refunds

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file on each renewal date.

6.2 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 30 days for a full refund.

6.3 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
